Please remember, each piece is created just for you. Nothing is mass produced therefore, please know that slight imperfections will result and add to the charm.

Refunds and Exchanges
While we can’t refund payments on custom orders, however we want you to be happy with your purchase.
You may return any non-custom piece for store credit. For any store credit, we will need to issue an RA# (Return Authorization) before accepting returns.
Any discrepancies either resulting from manufacturer defect or mistake on our part, notification must be brought to our attention within 24 hours after receipt. Once the RA# is issued please ship within 1 week.

Withinthesoul will repair or replace any broken/faulty items at no charge upon **return of the item in question, as long as directions for care were followed, which are:

We believe that all custom or personalized pieces should be treated like pearls:
Put them on last, and take them off first.

We suggest all items be removed before showering, swimming etc.
Although quite durable and waterproof once fully cured, please keep in mind that resin, polymer clay and pieces with patinas will discolor or dull when coming into contact with chemicals such as perfume, hair spray, lotions, hair colors and dyes etc. All these chemicals will dull or destroy the surface.

Shipping
Turn around time for more products will be 4-7 business days after payment clears. (sorry it’s a custom piece in most cases). In some cases product will ship sooner.

We ship via USPS and will include tracking numbers when the order has been completed and shipped.
